More often than not, the venue is the starting point. If it isn’t, it should be! We are regularly approached to provide the AV support for an event, only to find that the venue has already been booked and is totally unsuitable to deliver the big ideas the customer has in mind. Low ceiling heights, intrusive pillars, a lack of hanging points and unsuitable power supplies are just some of the issues that have a major impact on what can be provided. We’ve worked in numerous venues and locations and are happy to provide advice regarding venue suitability. We conduct detailed site surveys whenever possible in order to provide the right equipment specification and level of support required. Having said that, one of our fortes is adapting to the constraints of any location; you can rest assured that if you’re already committed to a venue, we’ll make it work.
